5 Step procedure for Ultra Surface Color® Flake System

Step 1 - Surface Preparation
Step 2 - Crack Repair
Step 3 - Patching and/or Resurfacing
Step 4 - Prime Coat and Color Flake Broadcast
Step 5 - Remove Loose Color Flakes and Apply the Topcoat Sealer

Step 4 - Prime Coat and Color Flake Broadcast

After the surface preparation, crack repair and patching, if any, the next step is to apply a prime coat of Ultra Surface® Epoxy 200 or WB Epoxy clear. Epoxy 200 is the best prime coat to use to achieve the best bond and to provide the best protection against possible moisture vapor transmission problems from below the surface.
